Ceviches con cocktail
What will we do?
In this demonstrative and participatory class through Zoom we will teach you how to prepare a super good cocktail called Paloma Peruana. In addition, we will prepare a fish ceviche with touches of chifa and a tiradito of fish and fan shells with coriander emulsion and shells, perfect to accompany the afternoon.
